5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request a refund of the payment amount for Services if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. To request, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days. If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, you may do so up to 24 hours before the appointment without extra fee. Services that include custom software configuration are not eligible for a refund, as these are tailored and delivered immediately, but we will provide support and modifications as needed.

5.2 Digital Info Products

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the Info Product. To request, use our contact form. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened Goods within 30 days of receipt. To request a return authorization, use our contact form. Returned items must be in original condition. Approved returns will be accepted and the payment amount will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the items.

Kintara reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
